We're told that the now is all that exists and if we're not here Now then we're not really living. This makes much sense to me, from the help of resources of TAF, BTS, and personal experiences and findings.

I had come to find myself distracted by thoughts about the future, or replaying past experiences in my mind. Whether they're productive or unproductive, thoughts can cause static in the mind.

I enjoy meditation because not only does it teach me the discipline of continuation but it rewires my brain to be more positive. That's right! - From breathing exercises to relaxation by visualization techniques, it helps me discover the silence inside the noise everyday!

I can understand how life can be hectic with all the tasks and errands we have to constantly do on a day-to-day basis, and meditation gives me some space in time to be in the moment, so I can free my mind in order to experience life more fully."
